"We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Terme Metropole. The pools, spa, gardens, and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. At the beginning of our stay, we had some concerns about the dinner experience. We shared our feedback with the management, and we truly appreciated that they listened carefully and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. Mr. Aldo Casagrande and his team were attentive, professional, and showed that they cared about guest satisfaction.
