Our mission is to welcome all our guests, specialising in both family tourism and business travellers, while adapting to the needs of each guest thanks to the versatility of our buildings.

El Lagar de Justa offers 850 m2 for you to enjoy relaxation and fine dining. It is a 100-year-old farmhouse that has been lovingly restored to offer you all the comforts you could need, with ample capacity for groups ranging from two to 22 people (please enquire).

It consists of several buildings: the main house (with 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus one shared bathroom), which is accessible to guests with limited mobility throughout the ground floor; the Lagar, over 150 years old, now serving as a dining room; the Pajar, converted into an apartment while preserving various traditional architectural elements; a granary, also converted into an apartment and a multipurpose space offering 35 m² of open floor plan, which is also suitable for use as a workspace; farmhouses, with 85 m² of open floor plan designed for your enjoyment, whether for leisure or work; the bread-baking room, with its wood-fired oven, a cosy space for both culinary and leisure enjoyment…

During the restoration of Lagar de Justa, great care was taken to ensure accessibility, providing wide, step-free passageways and offering three accessible bedrooms with three accessible bathrooms as well.

During the renovation work, significant efforts were made towards recycling (separating waste, sorting trash generated during guests’ stays, etc.) and the use of materials, (opting for natural, locally sourced materials—such as stone, wood, and metals—and avoiding, as much as possible, the use of plastics and synthetic materials). Energy efficiency has been a constant guiding principle, with a commitment to local suppliers, avoiding unnecessary transport, using high-quality insulation (double-pane windows, insulated wall cavities, state-of-the-art biomass heating, and solar energy support to be implemented over time…), and by using the most energy-efficient appliances available on the market, etc. With these measures, Lagar de Justa has achieved an x energy label with an x CO2 footprint, always striving for improvement.

The reconstruction has firmly supported the local economy, recognizing the necessary support required by rural communities.

To bring Lagar de Justa to life, a meticulous, artisanal reconstruction of all its traditional architectural elements was necessary; the original basic structures have been preserved almost in their entirety, and the necessary parts have been rebuilt with complete fidelity to the original construction.

The mission of Lagar de Justa is to offer guests everything they could ask for, whether in terms of accommodation, cuisine, entertainment, or sightseeing. The property’s features make it a versatile space suitable for both leisure travel (spacious rooms and a garden, ideal for family holidays) and business or association gatherings (indoor and outdoor meeting spaces), adapting to specific needs.

The house offers the best connectivity on the market, whether via Wi-Fi—with numerous repeaters inside and outside the house—or via Ethernet or cable, providing you with the services you need during your holiday or business stay.

At Lagar de Justa, we believe relaxation should go hand in hand with good food, which is why we offer a large barbecue (featuring both traditional and Argentine-style grills)—a delight for guests who will doubly enjoy the spacious patio. Fuel is provided (enquire)

Knowing the pleasure that comes from gazing at a fire and admiring traditional architecture, the house features a large, double-sided glass-enclosed fireplace with the highest energy efficiency on the market, which will delight visitors and poses no danger to children, as it is equipped with the necessary safety guards.

While there are many qualitative differences between this house and others you may know, El Lagar de Gusta offers a wood-fired oven and its adjacent room (the bread-baking room), where you can cook and learn how to use it during the demonstrations held there, while sampling delicious treats.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, though it is allowed in some of the many covered areas as well as in the 300 m² courtyard. Pets are also not allowed anywhere on the property.
