"Stayed here for a week and I am a regular traveller and can reiterate that this is not a 5 star hotel. We paid for all inclusive which wasn't cheap and hardly spent anytime in the hotel due to the staff being rude. It took forever to get a drink which whether this is on purpose or not you do not ..."
