Just beyond, a covered patio with bench seating sets the scene for alfresco dining, overlooking a fully fenced backyard that offers a safe space for kids and pets, along with direct access to Apex Park and its peaceful walking trails.

Create your favourite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The central island provides ample prep space, while the nearby dining table seats six for casual meals or lively gatherings.

As night falls, retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms, each filled with natural light and fitted with generous storage. The primary suite includes a queen bed, treetop views, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a large vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third features two single beds—ideal for kids or friends. The family bathroom includes a full-size bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, perfect for winding down after sunny beach days. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You may enquire about pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after booking. Alternatively, we can offer mid-stay professional cleans, including fresh linen — please enquire for pricing.

Please note a $100 charge applies for guests bringing pets. We kindly ask that pets be kept off all furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them. Please do not leave pets unattended inside.

The BBQ must be restored to the condition it was in when you arrived; otherwise, an additional charge of $60 will apply after check-out.
