Lotties Farm Tiny Homes sits in the town of One Tree Hil on the outskirts of Adelaide, South Australia. Just a 50 minutes drive from Adelaide. Nearby Barossa Valley Wineries, Tenafeate Creek Wines, Whispering Wall, and Adelaide Botanic Gardens are just a few of the attractions in the area. The ideal tiny house conveniently located with spectacular views of rolling hills, natural landscape vistas, abundant gum trees, grazing sheep on farmland, and native wildlife (e.g., kangaroos, wombats, etc.) to keep you company.

Enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay of approx. 155 square-feet with stunning sunset views and easy access to water. There is a kitchenette with cooking equipment and excellent bathroom facilities including a cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the paddocks, the farm, and livestock under the land host's supervision. If you are interested, farm experience/tour is available by prior arrangement with your host 24 hrs before arrival.

- Private vehicle or v-hire are recommended as we don't have any public transport here.

By public transport:

- Traveling by private vehicle is recommended for guests in order to enjoy easy access to nearby towns and to our property.

- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Full mobile coverage for Netflix, FB, and other socials
- Mobile reception is good signal for Telstra and Optus
- Please be advised that we have livestock and noise on our property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
