Just a five-minute stroll from Largs Bay Beach and the Esplanade, this two-storey townhouse makes it easy to enjoy the best of the coastline while offering generous indoor and outdoor living. Soft natural light, warm timber finishes and fresh interiors create a comfortable base whether you`re visiting for work, a family getaway or an extended stay.

The separate lounge provides a peaceful place to unwind with comfortable seating, a smart TV and a dedicated workspace, complete with a window air conditioner for added comfort. Towards the rear of the home, the open-plan kitchen and dining area brings everyone together. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, breakfast bar and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Adjacent, the dining area is fitted with a split-system air conditioner and opens directly to the private courtyard with BBQ, making indoor-outdoor dining effortless.

Upstairs, ducted heating and cooling keep the entire level comfortable year-round. The primary bedroom features a super king bed, built-in robe, dedicated workspace and direct access to a private balcony for a quiet morning coffee. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The main bathroom includes both a shower and a compact bathtub, while a separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Off-street parking for one car is available in the driveway.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
