Comfy family stay
Lovely location with coffee, wine and food options nearby. Covers all the basics, easy to ‘check-in’ anytime. I just wish more shops didn’t close doors over the Xmas break ☹️. Managers were very quick and helpful sorting out the ‘chirping’ smoke alarm 😁

Hello Rachel ☺️👋,.. I really enjoyed your place.. it is in a great location.. easy access to many places on Melbourne street and close to the city.. I really enjoyed staying there.. The only thing I can say something about.. is there was no internet.. But besides that great place!

Nice Place
The accommodation was clean, but a little dusty, we couldn't have used the ceiling fans if we needed to due to the large visible layer of dust. Communication was excellent, and the location was perfect. Not having Wi-Fi was a problem for me, and would be the only reason I wouldn't probably not stay there again.

Location Location Location
The property is very comfortable and secure as it has a gated entry and exit. It is located within walking distance of good eateries and we are spoilt for choice with several good coffee shops. Also, just a short walk to the zoo, Adelaide CBD or the Botanic Gardens via a scenic walking track. The Adelaide Oval is just a short 20-minute walk also. So, you can just park your car at the property and walk to wherever it is you want to see or do. We enjoyed the property very much and will be staying there next time we visit Adelaide.

Property was very good, plenty of linen, crockery and cooking utensils. Excellent washing facilities. Really good bathroom. We were all really happy. Teens weren’t too happy with no wifi. Adults delighted.

Great location in North Adelaide
Loved this property. Living kitchen and dining really spacious and great to have a washing machine/dryer. A free bus service nearby that takes you into the city. Would definitely stay again.

Great location
Located in an excellent position for public transport or walking to city. Pretty street, coffee and unique shops. Apartment well equipped with bedding furniture and kitchen utensils. The front foor handle opens up, a bit tricky for first time use, the kitchen tap back to front, not an issue but could easily be fixed. All in all, for a comfy, affordable apartment in a great location, we are happy to recomend to others.

Excellent location for us with great walking tracks nearby and a convenience store for essentials. Easy access to main roads for day trips. Apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Young adults found one of the single beds a bit worn out.

I enjoyed the place. It was nice and cozy. The location was close to the city centre. The only issue was the bathroom fan, which was broken and we felt damp smell.

Great location and plenty of space
The location of this apartment is perfect. We could walk to lots of places including Adelaide Zoo which was very handy. There are plenty of nice restaurants, hotels and cafes as well as a little supermarket open late with everything you need. The apartment is also very quiet as it faces the carpark and is set back from the main road. It is a little dated and some little things need fixing but the owner said that is happening soon. The owner was fantastic at communication. She always replied promptly and was very helpful. The apartment is a good size for our family of 4. It has a large dining, lounge and kitchen area with a balcony overlooking the carpark. This made the place feel open and not closed-in. The apartment is a great size and a fabulous location to enjoy North Adelaide.

Home away from home!
We found this to be most awesome place for us. Perfect! The property is located on the first floor, is safe and has everything that a family needs for their stay, u name it...its all in there. Rachel is a very kind and understanding host, always quick to respond should you need anything. The location is well connected by public transport and near to CBD, rundle mall, park, playground, restaurants, convenience store, chemist. All in all a cozy and comfortable place for anyone. Highly recommended.

Nice little apartment
Nice little apartment in good location. Good kitchen facilities. Didnt get hot showers the whole stay, only lukewarm which wasnt rectified although we contacted property manager. Good massage parlour across the road and Cibo coffee walking distance. Beware carpark is very small, my hubby could get the car in but i couldnt. Plenty of time limited off street parking available. Overall, apartment served its need and stay was good.

Hi Alana, thank you for your stay. We are sorry we couldn’t get the hot water issue rectified during your stay due to being a long weekend and a body corporate problem. The hot water is back on and piping hot!

Rachel was very quick to reply to my questions. However I booked too quickly and could not get a refund when I found out there was no pool and no lift to first floor. Apartment was in a good location.
