Just beside it, the dining area with a six-seater table sets the scene for long, easy meals with family or friends. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine, along with integrated laundry facilities for added convenience. Whether you`re preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner at home, the space is designed to make it effortless. Year-round comfort is ensured with heating and cooling throughout, complemented by ceiling fans.

Glass doors open out to a private undercover patio where you’ll find a comfortable lounge, large dining setting, overhead fan, and BBQ—perfect for laid-back afternoons, shared meals, and evenings spent enjoying the coastal air, no matter the season. Two bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, each styled with comfortable queen beds and thoughtful touches, including full-length mirrors and storage with drawers and hanging space. The main bathroom is a spacious, modern design with a shower, basin, and toilet, while an additional powder room adds extra convenience for the group.

There is free street parking and space for one car in the driveway.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
