Perfect spot to spend the night after a late night work finish, then an early start the next day. Will definitely stay again, this time for a relaxing couple of days

Very good location with easy access by car or walking into the city area etc. Reception staff particularly helpful and friendly. Food in dining area very good. Had "chicken parma" for dinner last night and was very good!

The food was not great and there No hot water in room both at night and again in the morning so cold showers are not great

Booking in was easy. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. felt safe in all areas of the hotel will definitely be staying again

Was a little noisy. Could hear the lift and other people showering. Apart from that it was fine. The staff were friendly and the location very convenient

There was a great band playing, Dino Jag, on Saturday night at the arkaba and we decided to enjoy the party to the fullest and stay over for the night and it was a great idea. Everything in one place to enjoy: restaurant, bar, music and very happy with the bedroom with the jacuzzi and very comfortable bed!

I was very impressed from the start.. early checkin made available. Loved the room and complimentry snacks. The shower was amazing. My dinner was nice , but the room service charge i found steep considering the restaurant is in the building.
I will be back.

Beautiful outlook as far as room was concerned. Understood that with the renovations that were happening that things were not as clear as could be expected. We enjoyed the comfort of our room and the dinning facilities available.

First time staying at the Arkaba and we were pleasantly surprised…beds are super comfortable, complimentary water and choccies were appreciated and the small attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed…will stay again

Being an employer of over 600 people of various nationalities and race, we are deeply saddened by and reject entirely your claim of racism which is totally unfounded and inflammatory.As explained at check-in, the 200 bond is a temporary hold and is required for all SPA Rooms whereas 100 is required for all other room types. These amounts are applied equally to all guests depending solely on the room type booked. As also explained at check-in, this difference in amount is due to Spa Rooms being our premium room types & to ensure sufficient recovery costs are available, if needed, for any damages or negligence from guests during their occupancy - this includes water extraction and carpet drying in the event guests accidently overfill their spa baths flooding the room. We greatly appreciate our guests feedback and will be sure to share yours with the team as we endeavour to learn & improve from all experiences throughout their stays. RegardsDamian
