House was quite new, well set out and in a quiet location.
The hosts take a good deal of pride in their property and it is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms comfy.
We were a large and all enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
We booked Tony's place because its easy to get to the showgrounds where we were working. The greeting was great but there were many do's and don'ts . There was also not much room for our stuff as the place is full of theirs's. Even the fridge and pantry.
We had a large trailer which the gate and security was fantastic for while we worked. It was very tight as the house is in a dead end street and backing in and getting out was dependent on cars parked in the street. Normal cars a breeze.
The band at the pub over the fence was really loud Friday and Saturday night if you were in the garden, inside was ok.
Tony and Slava are great people and very helpful.
This was a short business trip and Tony was lovely to deal with and very accommodating to our needs. The house was in a great location and was very comfortable. Would definately stay here again.

This home was fantastic, especially for a larger group as there were individual beds for all. The house was spotlessly clean and there were lots of lovely little touches by the owners whom met us at the property personally to hand the keys over and show us thejhome. Perfect location to do anything in and around Adelaide!
Warm greeting upon arrival from the owners, quickly shown around the property, all the ins and outs of the house. We have stayed in properties around the world, and this would easily rank amongst the top 5 for cleanliness, space, location, and accuracy of listing. This house has actual beds to sleep 11 people, where so many others count tiny sofa beds as sleep 2. Perfect for larger families, the main ensuite on the first level, then all the younger guests up the stairs, with their own tv/lounge area too! Both Slava and Tony are lovely to chat with, communicate the house rules clearly, and have even gone through the trouble of labeling the kitchen cabinets, so you don't open up every one looking for a coffee mug. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances, so you don't need to run the dishwasher after a meal, because the cutlery has run out. House is located on a quiet no through street, within walking distance to Coles for those quick trips. We would book again without hesitation and wish them all the best for 2019!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is absolute clean with sunlight throughout the house. The location is fantastic and the owner Tony and Slava are great people with open heartedly welcoming us which made our stay more comfortable. Everything needed for day to day activities in the house is there and made available and there is nothing one requires to look for one's needs. Perfection
This property was absolutely perfect for our group of baseball umpires for our week in Adelaide. Slava and Tony are great hosts and supplied more that would normally be expected. Will definitely be on our horizon when next we come to Adelaide. Perfectly located for our needs and a wonderful place to relax at any time of the year.

Excellent Property and Hosts!
Great property in a great location close to supermarkets & a short drive to the beaches and cafes of Glenelg (4km).
The property was fitted out with everything you will need and the hosts Slava and Tony were fantastic, promptly responding to my e-mails prior to check in. I also left shirts in the wardrobe which they sent back the next day.
The layout was perfect and featured master with ensuite on the ground level and a further 3 bedrooms upstairs with large master bathroom.
The property was presented perfectly and was very clean upon arrival.
Perfect place to stay - will be back!

Excellent property for our needs
As a construction team from out of town, this house was perfect for us as a base to return to and relax, store equipment and prepare for another day. Had everything we needed and great hosts.
