ADA access. Spread out & relax. The entire 1200 sq ft is yours. New carpet & paint. Professional, detailed cleaning including the door knobs. Full kitchen. Close to the Racoon River Bike Trail. Convenient keyless entry for self check in. Large windows provide bright daylight. 12 min to Waukee.
A queen air mattress will be prepared for guests # 5 & 6.
NO pets due to family allergies - NO exceptions.
I owned a cleaning business for 29 years = this home will be CLEAN for you.

The WiCK, as we call it, is 1200 sq ft of space to relax in the center of a quiet, small town setting. Lots of green space. The Brickyard restaurant is just a block down the street.
