We offer you this modern 3 bedroom villa in central Playa De Las Americas. Located in a ideal spot close to the H10 Gran Tinerfe Hotel. The villa speaks for itself, boasting a modern decor the owner has embellished his property with extravagance throughout. The accommodation compromises bright rooms and overall is in immaculate condition both internally and externally.

The impressive gloss kitchen looks stunning with its adjoining dining area with granite work surfaces. The kitchen/diner is split level to the lounge area. Attractive lounge is spacious with patio doors leading to the balcony. Also these rooms have unique lights hanging from the ceiling which bring a stylish enhancement to the residence. A main feature on the terrace is the 6 seater Jacuzzi with direct views of the lovely surrounding scenery. Along with an equipped kitchen area perfect for outdoor dining. A roof terrace with sun loungers is also available for guests to enjoy Tenerife’s beautiful weather and stunning scenery.

All bedrooms have been completely modernized as well as the bathrooms that include an elegant finish. You have plenty of sun loungers available free of charge around the swimming pool area. The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

This 3 bedroom villa is situated on Las Flores complex just meters from the H10 Gran Tinerfe Hotel that boasts a popular Casino. A sandy beach is only 200 meters from the villa, Puerto Colon marina is 900 meters away and offers a large selection of excursions and water sports. Immediately outside the accommodation is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades and lively entertainment if required. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything the area has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet.
