Everything is generally good. Cooking utensils are a few only, enough to heat and eat. Hot water kettle was there. To say they have coffee/tea maker is a misnomer. They do not provide tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets

Cafe da manha, funcionarios e quarto sensacionais. Transfer in e out do aeroporto. O box realmente é pequeno e os funcionarios nao sao muito experientes em dicas de turismo. Tirando isso foi excelente.

Room and bathroom

The room curtains weren't enough protecting the room from outside viewers. And the bathroom is extremely tiny I couldn't move. The kitchen was empty from any ustensils. No plate, no kettle, nothing.

It's very nice place and hotel Near to everything❤

I really love it and the stuff was lovely I love everything on it quit clean safe the only thing that disturbed me is the bed was little hard and the shower was tiny but everything is excellent👌🏻👍🏼❤️

二度と泊まりません

比較的新しい建物・設備でしたが、書かれている設備の一部は付いていませんでした。付いている部屋への交換を依頼すると、知らない、自分たちのせいでないの一辺倒で、オーナーだという人物が朝食中に突然「俺らは悪くない！」と叫んできました。車はありますが、手配などadditionalなサービスはできません。「Don't disturb」の札を下げておいても遠慮なく部屋に入ってきます。途上国のホテルはなにかあったときに「人」がすべてです。従業員がエチオピア国営企業の職員のようなホスピタリティーレベルですので、ここはリスクが高いと思います。

Staff very helpful.Very good room service. Reasonable prices, excellent breakfast and convenient eat in restaurant. The Coffee and cappuccino prepared by an expert barista are amazing, and the bar selection is pretty good.

Das Hotel ist stylish und hat schöne, warme Farben. Kingbettzimmer hat keinen Tisch und lediglich ein Minibadezimmer mit einer Minidusche mit Plastikvorhang. Die Beschreibung des Zimmers auf der website von hotels.com hatte mit der tatsächlichen Ausstattung nichts zu tun, es gab keinen Balkon, keine Badewanne, keine Waschmaschine, keinen Kamin, keine separates Wohnzimmer. Kein Fitnessraum im Hotel wie angeboten, man muß 10 Minuten über staubige Strassen zum Fitnesszentrum laufen. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet, guter, freundlicher Service im Hotel. Für Extraperson auf dem Zimmer muss auch am Tage bezahlt werden. Preis bei Direktbuchung im Hotel wäre erheblich günstiger gewesen. Zimmerpreis des Hotels für ein armes Land wie Äthiopien sehr hoch....der Preis für eine Nacht entspricht in etwa einem Monatslohn dort.

Stop over in Addis

We stayed one night in the hotel. We had sent an email to the hotel to arrange the airport transfer, but that never came. We took a taxi and the hotel payed for it after I showed that I did arrange the transfer with the Front Desk Manager (who had forgotten to take a note about it). It is located in a good area but there are a lot of constructions going on in that area so it can look a bit strange. But the whole Addis is a big construction site (the places that isn't you don't want to be at during night).

Good Hotel with most friendly personell ever!!!

Nachdem meine gebuchte Suite bei der Anreise belegt war konnte ich diese am nächsten Tag beziehen und war sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und entsprach meinen Vorstellungen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Entfernung zur Stadt, Einkaufen, Kongresszentrum war sehr gut. Besonders möchte ich aber das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal herausstellen. Das war erstklassig! In dieses Hotel komme ich gerne zurück!!!

This hotel is well situated near the airport, but I had a very bad experience of services : 1) I asked assistance for a taxi and the front desk officer called his friend I proposed me a price 3 times higher than the normal rate and I had to wait a long time. When going out I just observed that there was a taxi station 20 meters from the hotel 2) I hired a room for two guests and they asked me to pay 25USD more for the second guest 3) I made a second reservation for 3 nights for a stay two days after and they cancelled the reservation 10 hours before because Addis Abeba was hosting a big summit and they wanted to sell their room for a higher price

Hotel staff bends over backwards for their guests to have an enjoyable stay. 5 minutes from Bole Airport and still fairly quiet. Hotel lobby sitting area could be improved so the sitting area has sofas facing each other rather than have chairs facing the same direction so people can not face each other to talk. Hotel has 30 rooms so a small boutique hotel with complementary shuttle service to/from the airport. Both a business and leisure hotel with complementary breakfast included. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was nice, especially considering the alternatives...and remember, it's Africa. They did their best to accomadate requests but come prepared for no phone or internet access. The bar is nicely stocked but the food is ok...you can order an omlete to fill you in the morning. I ordered grilled chicken one night that was great and the very next night it was barely eatable. Also, bring plenty of cash because of the loss of internet you won't be able to pay your bill with a credit card and the nearest ATM that accepts US bank cards is the Sheraton. So if you need something clean, very decent, and very close to the airport, this is an alternative to paying $300 a night at the Sheraton.

Nice hotel close to the airport!

The hotel was pretty quiet and I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff is also very friendly. I also liked the kitchen as well as their nice macchiatos!...Most of all the owner of the hotel was friendly to me and I felt myself at home...Internet connection was satisfactory... I strongly recommend this hotel...

Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is taking a trip to Addis Ababa. The hotel was well thought out, and convenient to everything. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport, and ate in the restaurants, which were great. We had a very pleasant and relaxing trip.
