TThe staff exhibited excellent interpersonal skills and ensured a delightful experience for all guests. The hotel's price point justifies the quality of service provided, making it a highly recommended choice for all travelers.

Let's start with the good. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also okay. The staff were also very warm and friendly. They really tried their best to help us and make our stay comfortable despite the challenges we faced. Now the bad. Cockroaches. We stayed for 2 nights and the first night was absolutely horrible, as the room (705) was filled with cockroaches. They were everywhere. Floor. Walls. Bed. We requested a room change, but we were informed that the hotel was full. We had to bite the bullet because it was late and we couldn't look for another hotel that late with a young child. We slept with the roaches. Next morning, we were switched to a different room. We left and came back in the evening, and still found cockroaches in the new room. Not too many as the first, but they were still there. The rooms also have TVs but they're virtually useless, so forget about watching TV.

Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service truly exceeded expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the buffet layout was particularly impressive. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s evident that the hotel upholds very high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. The only downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection, which I reported to the front desk on several occasions. The airport shuttle service was excellent clean vehicle, pleasant drive, and a professionally courteous driver. What truly distinguished this experience was the remarkable staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, every individual displayed professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Their attentiveness and kindness elevated my stay and left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable stay with exceptional service. I look forward to returning on my next visit.
