"Property is in a convenient location to the downtown area. Just over the bridge from downtown. Staff was extremely helpful and helped us with taxi reservations to Bunratty and back. Very nice hotel"

"We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel staff was very nice and caring. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained overall, although we had a small issue of water accumulation in the sink which was later fixed with some delay. The restaurant offers good breakfast. Would certainly recommend booking with breakfast included. The hotel is in a quite area and close to attractions. We enjoyed staying in a room overlooking the Shannon river. Only downside is there are no places for eating or shopping for essentials in the immediate vicinity."
