Do not move furniture or decor.Close any opened windows. Place any outdoor games in original location.

Place used bed linen/towels in designated hamper in laundry room. Inventory will be taken on furnishings, your card will be charged for any missing items(excluding complimentary soaps and toothbrush).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you must wear shoes in the house, we ask that they are free of mud/debris that may scratch our floors as we choose to preserve their quality,TY:)

ZERO tolerance for indoor smoking or bringing a pet, this includes the garage. A cleaning service fee of $300 will be added for violating this rule.

There are nearby pastures with livestock; for your own safety do not enter into pasture fields in hopes to pet a farm animal.

We stayed in this home with a large group including children with a range of ages. This home is spacious with plenty of room to sit or eat without feeling crowded. The kids had a blast playing in the garage space since it was too cold to be outside. The whole house was beautiful, basically brand-new, and very clean. Our hosts were helpful and available for any questions or needs. We enjoyed our stay here!
