"The room is basic but clean and totally adequate for a few nights stay..the ac/ heating control in tge room certainly makes it easy to personalize your own requirement.. Service?? Its automatic booking in...via a consol so no service there...but yes, i did interact via message Before i went and that was a positive experience... The bed and pullows was A1...so comfy.. the shower-really good pressure. Went to the restaurant, but unable to get any ones attention to even be seated so ate in the 'old town'"

"Great boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring the town. The spa, whilst small, was a lovely feature of the hotel, very relaxing with 3 separate heat rooms plus a jacuzzi pool. The staff were attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented. "

"Very helpful staff at Reception with advice on travel around the city. It was great to have a sauna in the hotel. The room was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast as wanted to explore the city. The hotel was brilliantly situated for access to all the historic sites and the brilliant Rataskaevu16 restaurant is only 100 metres away. Tallinn has become my favourite city!"
