Older hotel, looks a bit dated, but my room was clean and comfortable. Very safe and convenient area, easy walk from the Van Ness metro station and there are a grocery store, CVS, and multiple restaurants all close by. Room was a little stuffy because the wall AC unit struggled to move air beyond the bed area. I was a little surprised that there was no housekeeping service during my 2 night stay.

Our first time at Arlo was one night, adjacent to a special event we attended at the National Building Museum. It was easy to find, so clean, fresh, beautiful lighting, lovely aromas throughout, and incredible staff. The room was well sized, with a full sized window overlooking the courtyard. The bed and furnishings were very nice, contemporary design, and the bed and abundant pillows were so comfy. The bath products were very nice, smelled good, and were plentiful. We LOVEd the rooftop, with comfy couches, great service, delicious drinks, and incredible views all around. We watched the sunset over the city and had a great time with a chill vibe. Breakfast at the sit-down restaurant was delicious and checkout was super smooth. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Placemaker Buzzard in Washington, DC! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless—contactless check-in and check-out made everything super convenient with no need for manual intervention. We booked a 1BHK unit, which was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The apartment had all the essential in-house amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The TV had a great selection of streaming options, which we really appreciated during our downtime. A special shout-out to the front desk staff on the night shift, who kindly helped us figure out the coffee machine near the entrance—much appreciated! Also, Samantha was extremely helpful during our check-out and made sure everything went smoothly. The surrounding area is clean, quiet, and felt very safe. While in-house parking was a bit on the pricier side, we found that street parking was usually available and convenient. The location is excellent, with all major attractions within a 2-mile radius, making it easy to explore DC without much hassle. After comparing many places, Placemaker turned out to be one of the most economical options without compromising on comfort or quality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city—great value for money, and we’ll definitely be back!

Everything good just the bathroom outlet are not working

I was there overnight, so It was a quick stay. I loved the cleanliness, the breakfast, the staff, and the beauty of the suite.
