Customer service was amazing at the front desk! Our room was very clean and very cozy. I love that kurigs are offered in the rooms and also comp breakfast!

The rooms were clean but had an odor. We had to buy refresher to stay in it. The pool had water all over the floor and in the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling. Chlorine was strong. The staff was awesome, and the front desk service was awesome.

Most of the provided usb charging plugs provided, didn’t work, despite a recent remodel. And the room didn’t match the photos on the website. The website stated and showed a “separate seating area”, it was a couch and table next to one of the beds, not a separate area. Also, I wasn’t made aware until AFTER booking the room, that the pool was closed due to remodeling. I had planned to allow my grandsons to swim.

Could Have Been Better
The check-in process was very very slow due to issues with the previous check-in. The room was very humid even with turning the air conditioning down. I was contacted after my stay about my payment and accused of not making payment although I paid through the app. Hotel staff appeared to be in disarray and confused.

Not concerned with eco-friendliness that’s why I set it to even. There was a cricket that constantly made noise in the middle of the night. I found a spot in the bathroom where they congregated, but that was the next morning during checkout. It could have been cleaned because they were all dead, but we’re still there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem I had with this was there was no soap in the room and apparently they were out completely but I would stay there again.

Will be great when renovations completed.
The hotel is undergoing Renovations and lobby and breakfast area torn up. It will be very nice when completed. Room was already renovated and was lovely, bed comfortable. We were just passing through, so no complaints. If we had planned a quiet getaway and wanted to use pool, etc, wouldn't have been as nice. Pool closed as well

The hotel was under construction so the lobby was a bit messy. The pool was out of service, the ice machine didn't work, the breakfast was ok, but the pancake maker wasn't working. Lots of kids running up and down the halls saturday without the front desk stopping it. A lot of little things that added up to a bit of irritation. The room was clean, updated and comfortable.

When we arrived, the lobby was under construction which was fine. The rooms are newly remodeled and look nice, however my room was very humid and the bed felt wet and damp. Also the door would not lock, you could push it right open.

Was not informed when making reservation that the lobby areas were under renovation. Breakfast was below average compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Room was very nice and had been recently renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They were remodeling and the breakfast area wasn't as organized as is should have been. They didn't have any pancakes our whole visit and two days they ran out of cinnamon rolls.

Under the circumstances it is doable
Staff were great. There is no lobby as it is being totally remodeled. But my room was fine and comfortable. Had one night where the room above me were incredibly noisy and i didn't get any sleep until 330am. Manager apoligized but offered no compensation for the inconvenience. It is located in a very good location for any food, store or service.

Wasn't prepared to have to navigate a construction area in the lobby , it was dangerous and the manager was either absent or unprepared to tell the constructing workers to be cognizant of customers. It was an accident waiting to happen
