The Launching Pad: Beautifully updated, swim-tennis community, great location!

  • Bright, stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offering easy-(less than one minute) access to I-75! Our cozy, relaxing retreat has all of the modern comforts of home and is located in a swim/ tennis neighborhood!! We are situated directly on the neighborhood square with a large grassy area for kids and pets to play. There is one spot parking directly in front of the house and a driveway with a 2 car attached garage behind the house.

    Our Acworth home is minutes away from local chef-driven restaurants, unique coffee shops, miles of walking trails, craft breweries, an indoor golf simulator facility, one of a kind boutique shopping, a luxurious spa, antique stores, and charm and history galore! We are happy to help you out with some recommendations. The historic downtown Acworth is uniquely positioned on the shores of Lake Acworth and Lake Allatoona. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Great host! Great house! Location is close to downtown Acworth. Host gets extra points for all the “little details” - water bottles in the refrigerator, night lights in all rooms and even the stairs, paper plates, blankets in the living room, basic cooking essentials…and the list goes on. Three generations shared the space for the weekend trip.
