Ideal for many families or large groups, this property has panoramic views and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa is situated just 3 km from the town centre, with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, nightlife, public pool, and restaurants. You can reach the seaside (40 km) within an hour’s drive. You can also go for excursions to Acqualagna, Piobbico, Cagli, and Urbino, located nearby. The nature park Gola del Furlo, a beautiful area with cliffs, a spectacular gorge, and a green lake, can also be visited for a day trip.This villa is a perfect retreat for vacationers thanks to a swimming pool, where you can refresh yourself. A private garden is your perfect place for relaxing with a book while enjoying the views. Parking, barbecue and washing machine are other available amenities. Heating is chargeable. Public transport can be availed at 3 km.
