Historic Center6 nights4.5 star property9.6/10 - Exceptional (1,352 reviews)"The art deco interior is impressive. Rooms are quite small, dated and somewhat lacking in amenities. Bathroom supplies - soap etc - are inadequate and not sufficiently replaced. The breakfast on the balcony, while having a good view of the Zocalo, is awful. A lot of choice in theory, but most items are terrible, and basic items, such as bread (stale) and coffee (barely drinkable) are very bad. Reception staff are quite friendly and reasonably helpful."Reviewed November 4, 2026Return • Brisbane (BNE) - Mexico City (MEX)BNE - MEX • 2 stops MEX - BNE • 2 stopsAU$7,913AU$6,297found 1 day agoper traveller - The Wild Oscar

"The parking lot is located 2 blocks away, not very convenient when it is raining. The rooms are nice and clean, and hotel common areas are well lit. Place is mostly empty on weekends, but busy during weekdays. The restaurant staff is marvelous, very welcoming and attentive. Tip them well, they deserve it. "
"The whole staff is super nice and friendly."
"Es ,Economico esta muy limpio y son muy amables Te ayudan en cualquier Necesidad que uno tengas lo recomiendo %"
"Located in a quiet corner of town, this hotel offers secure gated parking just half a block away. While the bathroom sink has only cold water, the shower provides hot water with excellent pressure. Great coffee and sweet bread is available from 8:30–10:30am. Despite cold, 50°F nights making the bed chilly initially, the bedding is very comfortable once warmed up. From our room on the second floor you get a wake up call from the crowing roosters."
"My stay was amazing, staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very clean property. Accessible to food. Highly recommend"
"Demasiado mosquitos en la habitación, quizás poner trampas para mosquitos ayude "
