Welcome to a truly special apartment. In the heart of a former malt beer brewery in Achern, the listed Kesselhaus was extensively renovated in 2022. The result is a unique loft full of character, comfort, and history.

There are no classic bedrooms—instead, you’ll find a cozy double bed (1.80 m wide, with a premium topper—especially back-friendly) and a gallery for guests comfortable with heights, offering up to two extra sleeping places (120 x 200 cm). The gallery, with a view of the starry sky, is especially popular with children and adventurers.
Extras for cozy evenings:
A swiveling TV with TV-on-demand and popular streaming services is available and can be enjoyed comfortably from both the bed and the dining table.
Location & Surroundings:
Despite the central location, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet in the courtyard. A popular pizzeria is right next door (reservation recommended). In just 15 minutes you can reach the charming Black Forest village of Sasbachwalden with wineries, hiking trails, a climbing park, and a summer toboggan run. Strasbourg and the French border are also just a short trip away.

Pros: Eine sehr schöne und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Auch der Garten ist topp. Für uns sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Die Vermieter sind super nett und stehen bei Fragen schnell zur Verfügung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Kurztrip.

Heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie appartement met tuin.
Pros: Het appartement is leuk ingericht en aangekleed. Het is voorzien van een ruime keuken, een grote koelkast/vriezer, een gezellige eetkamer, een grote badkamer en een tuin. Er is geen aparte slaapkamer, maar een slaapbank, die met een topper erop, prima ligt. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn bijzonder behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het was tijdens ons verblijf erg warm en er was geen parasol. Die werd op ons verzoek gelijk geregeld. Verder heel compleet. De gezellige tuin is omheind, waardoor honden/kleine kinderen er niet zomaar uit kunnen. Het zwembad en de sauna waren tijdens ons verblijf nog niet af, maar dat hebben we niet als een probleem ervaren. Ook al was het tegelwerk rondom het zwembad niet klaar, we mochten het wel gebruiken (maar hebben dat niet gedaan). Het was voor ons een hele fijne plek! Komen er graag nog eens terug.
