"Rooms are not clean at all!! Bathroom is very badly maintained. They might have not cleaned the EWC for more than a year! How can you expect family to use such dirty WC's??? Too many Bed bugs!!! My daughter kept complaining about the itching & the rashes on skin the complete trip!! Please never suggest such places for the family!!"

"Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. "Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival.
