"I don’t consider the hotel a worthy B&B badge holder. I requested a room for a disabled person, I received no acknowledgement, on arrival around 8pm I asked the staff if the bathroom was suitable for disability and he confirmed yes. I got to the room and it was not disabled friendly. Unfortunately I went straight to a meeting and was unable to query or change rooms. It is extremely dangerous for me to try and enter/exit a bath. "A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"

"This is a lovely rural hotel, great rooms, nice roof fan as opposed to air con, the owners are very responsive and communications worked really well. Breakfast was fabulous, access and parking very good. "
