Poor room cleanness, mold on restroom, balcón door was inoperable, bubble gum on elevators’ walls. Staff was friendly enough to find me another rooms (I booked 2 rooms), the same night I arrived. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones no es del todo bien, no me dieron control para el aire acondicionado, supuestamente hay horarios, para uso de las albercas y bar, y había gente tomando a las 2 am no dejaban dormir.
