No lo volvería a alquilar no cuenta con aire acondicionado el personal muy incapacitado muy desorganizados la habitación no sé que tenía pero amanecí todo picoteado hay muchas hormigas la alberca muy sucia las habitaciones sucias la verdad no lo recomiendo ni aunque no hubiera disponibilidad en algún lado muy mal lo bueno que solo me hospede un solo día no hubiera aguantado más dias

La piscina en la azotea y la vista son geniales, los cuartos tienen bunea higiene. NO servía el elevador, en la noche tuvimos que bajar a recepcion que varios pisos estaban sin luz para que las prendieran, no habia linea de teléfono.

Asqueroso Hotel y servicio.

Es un pésimo Hotel, reserve y pague por una habitación en Tortuga Express Acapulco y al llegar al lugar me enviaron a otro Hotel todo sucio, ni siquiera tenía sabanas la cama, el baño inservible sin mencionar el resto del cuarto, pague por un hotel 3 estrellas y me dieron una habitación de media estrella y en una zona mas alejada.

Cuando llegue no podía creer el nivel de 1 estrella del hotel Cobran el estacionamiento y la renta del control remoto Te ofrecen un par de toallas rotas y sucias y dos jabones Venus rosa No sirve el elevador La alberca esta Meada literal huele y no se ve el fondo No cuenta con agua caliente Se descompone la bomba del agua Te ofrecen una cubeta con agua fría para poder bañarte De verdad quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero me sentí asaltado

Pésimo hotel, mal servicio, muy sucio, lamentable

Pésimas instalaciones, no sirve el elevador, en el estacionamiento están las toallas y sabanas tiradas en el piso, la basura regada, hay cables en el piso de algunas conexiones, heces de perro, pedazos de madera tirados y asquerosamente sucio y además me cobraron $150 por 1 noche de estacionamiento cuando hasta en el emporio me la cobran en $80 y con valet, y no es el hotel tortuga express xq me entrego nota de hotel papagayo, las fotos que ponen no son xq ni nombre tiene el hotel por fuera, y me tuve q dormir encima de la cama ya que hasta cabellos anteriores estaban en la almohada, estoy muy enojada xq uno confía en qva a encontrar hoteles de calidad por el precio q se pago, deberían de confirmar los servicios de los hoteles antes de ponerlos en la página
