Nightmare hotel!

Nightmare hotel! We booked 2 nights and checked out the day after check-in!.. Old unmaintained building! Rooms are terrible, rusted out shower heads! Death trap elevators! Horrible pool! Pictures on hotel.com website are from god knows when!..

La propiedad no era para para mascotas, al llegar, me cobraron por la estancia de cada perrita y por noche, se me hace una grosería que digan que es Pet friendly y no tengan acondicionado un espacio para tenerlos. El estacionamiento es súper limitado y deje mi vehículo en la calle. El personal sin un solo trato amable , tienen plaga de cucarachas, fugas de agua en el baño, el elevador se nota que no ha tenido mantenimiento en mucho tiempo. Ojalá hagan algo, de mi parte no me vuelvo a hospedar ahí, ni reservar por este medio.

Deberían dar mantenimiento mínimo a los pasillos de hotel, tuve un accidente gracias al pésimo mantenimiento de el lugar. El cual no se harán responsables , la recepcionista y el guardia que guarda las maletas tuvieron actos de discriminación y homofobia conmigo, el guardia muy agresivo, durante toda la estancia preferimos estar en otro lado y no llegar al hotel, al igual nos sacaron cosas de la maleta. Todo fue horrible TODO es un pésimo lugar, el servicio es pésimo, el mantenimiento esta de lo peor ñ. EXIJO UNA SOLUCIÓN, termine pagado estancia en otro lugar por temor a agresiones

Eso fue un desastre

La habitación me la entregaron hasta las 3 de la tarde y no a la 13:30 como decía,la habitación no contaba con toallas,ni jabón o shampoo para bañarse ,el personal es muy déspota,aparte la habitación estaba sucia y no nos hicieron el cambió de ropa de cama ,la verdad dan un pésimo servicio desde recepción,no me quedaron ganas de regresar a ese hotel

Me gusto las albercas, pero si le hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, por el precio deberia de tener al menos toallas en las habitaciones, shampoo, solo te dejan un jaboncito y un rollo de papel Higienico pequeño Pero pues no fue tan peor, al menos no vi cucarachas como en otros hoteles

Muy mala experiencia

Fue muy mala esperiencia, ya que llegue y decia en la reservacion que hice que el checkin era a las 3:30 y ellos decian que hasta las 3.00, que el error lo habin cometido la agencia que me lo habia cendido en este caso price travel y ellos no se podian hacer cargo de sus errores, despues no encontraban mi resrvación, que aparecia, total un desastre, y al final terminaron dandome otra. y vi que como yo habia muchas personas reclamando.

El hotel muy deteriorado por fuera y por dentro. El personal insuficiente ya que en la app el check-in era a las 13:30 hrs. Y el hotel lo marca hasta las 15:00 hrs, pero nos entregaron la habitacion a las 16:00 y ademas sucia. No habían hecho la habitación y las camas sucias y sin tender. Falta personal para la rápida atención. Recepcionista muy desatenta y bastante brusca en sus respuestas. No vuelvo a este lugar, esta infestado de cucarachas

Excelente lugar para vacaciones, en cuanto a Relacion-Precio, muy facil de acceder, y desplazarse a diversos lugares. Un poco deteriorada la estructura exterior, pero en cuanto las habitaciones son cómodas. Los colchones y algunas almohadas son duras, lo que hace que el descanso no sea el adecuado. De ahí en fuera todo está bien, el trato del personal, la comida que dan en el restaurante es buena y típica del estado. Muy rica
