Cozy house neart to the swimming pool with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathroom pet fiendly
Fully furnished and decorated house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, with parking for up to 2 family cars and WiFi service at no extra cost.
It has a flat screen Smart TV to be used with streaming services included in each booking, the kitchen has a bar with benches to sit on, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and all the necessary utensils for cooking, it also has a service area, living room, dining room, half bathroom for visitors and air conditioning on the ground floor.
On the upper floor each bedroom has its own independent air conditioning, in addition the main bedroom has a private terrace, which has direct views of the gardens and the pool, which is accessed from the living room and also to more than 3000 m2 gardens with palapa, benches and children's swings.
We have the most rigorous hygiene policies to guarantee a safe environment against Covid19. The entire condominium has 24 hour private security. The house rent includes towels and bathroom amenities.
Less than a kilometer there are all kinds of services such as super markets, banks, boutiques and outlets, a wide variety of restaurants including with home delivery, pharmacies, exchange houses, laundries and dry cleaners, convenience stores, car and motorcycle rentals among others.
The house is located 1 km from several golf courses, 2 km from the Princess Hotel beach, 3 km from Playa Revolcadero, 4 km from Puerto Marqués Bay, 7 km from La Isla Shopping Village, 9 km from Acapulco International Airport (ACA) and 25 km from Barra Vieja and the Tres Palos Lagoon.
