We stayed on the first floor and the room had thin walls. We just heard everything going on outside.

Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento-Elk Grove Laguna I-5
The first room had an issue with no hot water but they moved me into another room and there were no further problems. The staff were excellent. Vivian or Kimberly were great.......I may have messed up the names. They were the night desk staff.
