"I rented a suite. The suite was not available, so instead I was given a seperate room for a minor child. I was not very comfortable with that. I brought food to cook in the kitchenette for us all, but no kitchenette, so that food went to waste, and instead I had to buy dinner for 4. I also had to rent an additional room for my driver. "The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"Lovely hideaway off a very rough road. The host was extra accommodating, helping secure transportation and providing a very warm welcome. Breakfasts were simple, yet delicious. Eating is communal so if you prefer more solo dining, request to be in your room. I would love to return and highly recommend. "
