"Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"

"Service was poor. In a two night stay, I had to move rooms three times. When I checked in, I realized that four our of the eight bulbs in the room were dead. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced. I woke up the first morning to loud noises outside my window. When I looked out, I noticed a mechanic's workshop right under my window. They moved me to a quieter room, but the Internet did not...

"Never had the chance to check-in. The hotel could not be located based off the address provided. Then when calling unable to reach anyone. I had to contact hotels.com and they could hardly contact anyone. Kept getting a busy tone. Finally when they got in contact with someone the manager gave a different number to call on that is not listed. They got rid of my room claiming they held it long enough. "
