Distinctly average hotel. The service levels are high, with staff going out of their way to help. But the hotel is aging, with bathroom and aircon leaks. Two pools to choose from but unfortunately both very small, and located in places where you’ll be swimming with spectators in dining areas - not very pleasant. Breakfast is overtly aimed at local clientele - no yoghurts, muesli, fresh breads, and key disappointment is not a decent coffee in sight - only instant coffee available - which for a hotel trying to attract international customers is pretty shocking in todays times. Room service food quality is, conversely, excellent. Overall a distinctly average stay.

Residential Area: The hotel is situated in a residential area, making it quite inconvenient. It took over 20 minutes to drive to the city center or to reach any decent restaurants. Room Comfort: The room was uncomfortable primarily due to the excessive noise from the AC unit, refrigerator, and bathroom fan. These constant sounds made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. After one night, I was moved to another room that had its own set of problems. This new room had no hot water for the shower, which was incredibly frustrating. The new room’s carpet had a terrible smell .. you can imagine what does that mean Indoor Pool: The indoor pool felt more like a decorative feature for the restaurant rather than a usable amenity. There was no access for swimming, which was a huge letdown. Gym Condition: The gym was disappointingly small and lacked proper equipment. The AC in the gym wasn’t working, making it uncomfortable to use. Cleanliness Issues: The gym room was dirty, and there were no towels or water available in the gym. Dining Experience: The main restaurant was closed for an open buffet breakfast, which was a major inconvenience. The food and drink options were poor quality, and the coffee corner was also closed. Bar Experience: The small bar felt cramped and was awkwardly located like a gate between the hotel and apartments. It lacked the inviting atmosphere one would expect. Not worth the price. Just an ok hotel

It was a 3 day business stay. It's neat and food is ok. However, there are some down sides- internet was very slow, the standard is too tight, staff (esp the ladies) are very sluggish and not hospitable.
