Disliked: Staff & service
They had checked someone in at the room I booked. They first refused to find a new room. After I contacted Hotels.com they found a room. Then they refused that the booking was including breakfast even though it was stated on booking confirmation.
Hotels.com guaranteed to reimburse me for the breakfast since the hotel did not fulfill its obligations.
This place can NOT be recommended.
