"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Marriott Boulevard Baku and genuinely couldn’t fault the service. Every member of staff, from housekeeping and room service to concierge and reception, was welcoming, professional and incredibly attentive. A special shout-out to Mirali, who was exceptional. He was so thoughtful and consistently went above and beyond to make sure my parents and I received the best possible service. Airi at the spa also deserves a special mention. The massage was one of the best I’ve experienced on holiday — extremely professional, effective and tailored with real care. She was friendly, polite and clearly highly skilled at what she does. The spa facilities and cleanliness were excellent too. Thank you also to Muhammad from housekeeping, who provided such great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent variety of food — easily 10/10. Overall, a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, excellent facilities and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend Marriott Boulevard Baku to family and friends, and I hope to return again!"

"Amazing staff, great location, clean rooms (bedsheets, bathroom, towels were all excellent, carpet is a bit stained but they provide slippers). Overall, this is probably going to be my go to hotel in Baku due to location, cleanliness, comfort and staff."

"We loved our 6 night stay. We came for my husband’s milestone birthday and they spoiled him and us from the moment we arrived. Shout out to the Duty Manager Shahil. It was such a highlight to stay in this iconic Baku landmark and it did not disappoint. The bed was the best bed I’ve ever slept in. If only I could put the mattress in my suitcase ; )"
