"Room was spacious although I did have an issue with the coffee maker. Breakfast was good with hot and cold offerings. Only inconvenience was getting ice for your room. You had to come to the lobby market place but the ice bucket was in the room. Initially I think it would be more efficient to have the ice bucket at the front desk so you can take the ice with you to your room."

"Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. "

"Parking is free that’s a plus. Free breakfast. I think need more than waffles maker. Was a line just to use the waffle maker. "

"The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. "

"This was our worst experience at a hotel. They over sold with the hotel guests and their venue guests there were no parking spots every night you had to wait till the people from the venue left to get a parking spot and that is after midnight they also told their guests to park the perimeter of the building because if they park at ikea they would be towed and the perimeter of the building is the fire lane!!!! Yes that sounds crazy but it’s true every night the fire lanes were taken up still no parking for us we had to wait to see if we were towed. I am sure this must be illegal in someway to have firelanes blocked all night. If you do not believe this because it sounds crazy!!! Call them yourself!!!"

"I had to change rooms because the heat didn’t work and no batteries in the tv remote. The second room had 3 lamps that didn’t have lightbulbs in them and the front desk clerk didn’t have replacements. The front desk clerk had a terrible terrible attitude. "
