"I did not like the Bathroom. It's very small and no walls, no doors around the shower, so the whole room gets wet after a shower. There's only one channel on the TV and it's a Game Show. It was not entertaining."

"I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel.
The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out.
If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work "

"Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then."

"Our stay at the Balay Travelodge in Paoay was great. It was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful.
There are lots of shops and food stalls near by, a market too for clothes!
Thank you for making our stay wonderful! We will be coming back! "

"Excellent stay! The staff were so kind and accommodating, the rooms spotless and spacious. Loved the restaurant’s food options and the breakfast included was a bonus. The new expansion looks beautiful — you can tell they care about the guest experience."
"Staff was friendly and excellent. The only complaint for the room was that there were several roaches on the walls, bed headboard and on the floor. Breakfast was good."

"What an epic place to stay! The grounds are very large with a regal luxurious feeling all around. I got the background that it is owned by the Marcos family and was used to entertain in the 70's and 80's. Breakfast is a nice buffet and generous to guests as well. The casino has since relocated but the history on the property gave me perspective about the country. Highly recommended stay for families or travelers with an interest in Philippines history."
"The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay.
Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered.
Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area.
This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time.
Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year."
"A very convenient location near the Laoag airport. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for a airport shuttle service at 4:30am.
The staff was also kind and friendly. "
