"The food was very good and plentiful. Breakfast was filling and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Only thing we would say, is that the room and bathroom needs a little bit of TLC. Other than that, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom too was large with thoughtful extras in place. Unlike most hotels, the Balmoral did not just have a couple of sachets tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, they had lovely tubs of them, plus a jug of milk in the fridge!! Top marks for that. "
