"You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities."

"My first room had a running toilet upon check in that wouldn’t stop and when I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone line had been cut from the wall. Reluctantly, I was given a new room. The next morning, the rooms adjacent to my original room, as well as the original, were flooded out and had fans running in them. My room had a table and desk, but no chairs, and the freezer in the mini fridge was almost completely filled with ice, rendering it unusable. Overall, I was disappointed with the stay and will not be staying there again."
