Dear DouglasWe are expecting a review from u.and waiting for this so that we can reply before we report u to expedia regarding ur abusive phone call to our colleague.The language u used is unacceptable..even the local gentleman who helped u with the phone apologized us on behalf of u.that horrible u were to my colleague. u used f word c word and lazy arses etc.also u were questioning why were we closed so early?11pm so early??? first u should know opening hours before u go mad on us. If you think our hotel is outdated u better look for posh hotels not a economy range village hotel.u threatened to break the door and threatened to call police wish u have done that.U said its illegal to close the door..we close the door for the safety of the guests and to avoid intruders coming into building.We always request the guest to take a photo of the info displayed on the front desk along with we writing most of that info on the wallet which contains ur key (so ur key comes with room no,access code for front door and also WiFi code). u have abused our colleague for ur own mistake of forgetting to carry ur phone or key card wallet.Each and every room contains a fold-able luggage rack i am sorry if u missed to see it.Thank you for wishing good luck in the future
