Great location and staff!

Great location, close to all the local pubs, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and great customer service. The twin rooms are spacious and perfect for 2 people.

The room was very good with a very comfortable bed and the shower was walk in. The breakfast was good with a good selection available.What I didn’t like was the parking charge and the bar prices were expensive.Overall a very good place to stay.

Terrific location and a nice stay

This proved to be a nice stay for us in Aberdeen. Great location, smooth check-in, comfortable room, and and pretty quiet. We used the pay parking which was a reasonable deal and pretty easy.

Lovely room albeit it was a connecting room so could hear other residents through the door. Breakfast was a complete shambles. Stood for 15 minutes waiting for sausages, eggs, beans, tomatoes and eventually sat down as staff kept stating 2 minutes. When food did arrive beans were cold and bacon had gone hard under lights

We have stayed here before several times and really enjoyed gathering for a leisurely breakfast in the morning but was very dissapointed this time. The bacon was hard and inedible, the hot water for tea was cold the milk was sour no croisants no marmalade and the staff wasn't very helpful.

We liked the location and staff. I loved the bedding and comfy feeling. The rooms water handle in the shower was broken and the door rim around the bathroom door was loose. When we first opened the door the area smelled like wet dog. Not sure if it was the cleaner or if that had been a room a dog had been in.

At det låg sentralt . Likte ikke at renholderene sa vi hadde røyket på rommet !! Noe vi IKKE hadde gjort !! Synes dei må være forsiktige med å annklage oss for noe vi ikke har gjort . De må kunne kjenne forskjell på røykelukt av klær å røyking på rom !! Ble skuffet av å få ein sånn beskjed , for noe vi ikke hadde gjort .

Probably the best hotel in Aberdeen city centre

A great hotel with a good location and very nice gym. The breakfast was good and I got the best omelette with chilli I have ever have had.
