The room was nice, seemingly clean, and large. Weather was not great so could not see beach. The biggest complaint was the breakfast at which there was a swarm of flies hovering in the breakfast area. Disgusting! Otherwise the stay was great.

The rooms need some TLC. The bathrooms don't lock and the rooms smell damp. Breakfast options are poor. On the positives, the staff is friendly and the location is great.

Pros: Lovely area, close and convient to ocean front access. Friendly staff, decent stay. Cons: Property was pretty run down, cleanliness was seriously lacking and local restaurants and buisness all close by 7 so come prepared!

The property is well located close to the beach and the rooms and amenities were quite nice for the price. We did have some issues with checking in (we were charged but the room was given to someone else) and we were then charged twice initially for the room but it all was sorted out. It is close to the beach and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good!

Everyone and everything was great! Breakfast was good. With all the fireworks that were going off, we did not hear anything while we were in our room. The only downside I would have to say is they do need to upgrade their mattresses.
