"Shower had hair on the floor Flush handle on Toliet sticks and runs continuously Peep hole was broken and had a piece of paper stuck in the opening Breakfast was pretty small—lots of things needed to be restocked Parking was frustrating—hard to see handicapped parking on street at night in rain."

"Our bathroom had mold in the caulking. Floors were dirty (white socks turned brown on first night) Bed was hard as a rock. Housekeepers super helpful when needing additional towels. Breakfast and staff were good."

"No housekeeping service and if you need towels you need to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and they’ll count them and give you replacements, like they’re expensive heirlooms. Also, don’t bother trying to get maintenance, they’ll tell you they’ve contacted them but they don’t. This we were told specifically by an employee after we reported an issue."
