"The place looked quite ominous and derelict with poor signage. There were signs asking for car parking payment, although parking costs were included in the accommodation package. Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe. I have nothing against under-par, or budget accommodation, but it helps forward planning, to get what is expected from a description. In our...

"Good home base for a solo traveler or couple spending time in central Aberdeen. Secured parking is a real bonus. Walking to many restaurants and stores."

"Our host let us down and didn’t give us check in information so we couldn’t t get in and had to book a hotel. He phoned eventually and said he was too far away. Should be struck off and we expect a full refund."

"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"My parents and I had a lovely stay at this property for my summer graduation. The view of the river was beautiful and the flat was very tidy and spacious. It was really handy to have one bedroom with an ensuite. Thank you to Junaid for leaving complementary cleaning/food products for us to use during our stay.
