This not only caused a major disruption to my travel plans but also created an unsafe and distressing situation for me as a woman traveling with my two daughters. The owner never responded when I needed assistance I even had my groceries for the weekend delivered there and they had to be thrown out bc the hotel could now accommodate the food.
