"This is a really large and spacious property, which is done up to high standards. The walk to the beach and the costal path is short and nice. We had a fantastic stay, despite variable weather. We had some nice BBQs outside, the garden could be a little more atmospheric."

"Beautiful! Great facilities, especially suited for families with older children. Open stairs not good for very young children I'd say. Centrally located and benefiting from being close by to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs etc but also a very quiet end of town next to the river. Lovely walk to the wildlife centre and Poppit Sands is a 10 minute drive. The best beach ever for soft buttery sand and no rocks or stones. We enjoyed a lovely swim here. "The property was fine but the garden was inaccessible to us being very steep we couldn't let our dog off as it didn't look secure or even take it down on a lead as we didn't want to attempt to get down there. Also the balcony being open at one end to the front was not secure to let dog out there offlead. As it rained every day we were not able to use it much but had to keep dog on a lead. I think this should be mentioned in the description."

"What a wonderful house, Jason and Sarah were very kind and helpful, very quick to respond to any querie! Easy self check in! House was lovley and clean with all the equipment you need to cook and clean and washing! Beds super comfy and house was lovley and warm! Your also in the middle of town but the street was very quiet! Would love to stay again for another family reunion! Thankyou Sarah and Jason."

"Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a...
