"My husband and I only stayed here one night as we traveled. In general, the property and our room was clean, so that is a positive. However, there were several maintenance items in our room that affected our stay. First, the light above the sink in the bathroom was burnt out. It took about 2 hours, but they did get us a new light bulb. The mini fridge in the room did not work. The desk chair was not able to be adjusted heightwise. And most surprisingly, even though the bathroom looked to be nicely updated, the shower did not work. We could not get the water to turn on. Since we were just going to be on the road traveling that day, we chose to just skip showers and move on. We did inform the staff about the issues in our room when we left, but can't say what has been done about them. I would probably not choose to stay here again if we travel this way again. I understand you got what you pay for and I don't expect much from a two-star hotel, but I do expect to have a working shower and working mini fridge."

"Pretty much handled online through Expedia booking - little one on one personal contact on checking in. Nice room - spacious - clean - everything needed was there. There from 6pm to next morning departure 8am. Only complaint was the VERY musty smell in the elevator - hard for me to breath in such a small confined area."

"The woman at check-in was nice. Breakfast was limp, no oatmeal, not much."

"Wow! This Comfort Inn was old and had been totally upgraded. The room was old style, large, with king size bed and comfortable couch. A small refrigerator that actually was cold. Walk-in shower with heavy glass sliding doors. Breakfast was good, with sweetheart Carol making sure everything was good. The cleaning crew actually would speak to you, and cared about our stay. We will be back."

"unacceptable and uninhabitable conditions! The lack of running water alone made the room uninhabitable and constitutes a serious breach of basic hospitality standards. The staff, while polite, were unable to provide any meaningful updates or solutions."
