"I would give 0 stars if I could. The place is horrible!! It should be named “Motel” Plaza cause that’s exactly what it’s like. I felt very unsafe there. There was a guy pacing through the halls, then as soon as I come out my room he was there. The door in my room had a gap on top that anyone could try and bust through. The doors can just be kicked down. It was an all around horrible experience and the most GHETTO place I’ve ever been in. The only nice thing was the last at the front desk, I believe her name was Sophia, she was very understanding and said she even feels unsafe there. When I came down to tell her about the door, she was in the phone with someone that was also complaining about something telling them that she will switch their room. Notice in the pics I posted you’ll see how the door is shut close but there is an OPEN gap on top, other doors looked run down. Please don’t stay there!!"

"This place was filthy, I had to ask them to spray the room as it was stink. Mirrors, bathroom and rugs dirty. For mid $200 per night this place was terrible…never again."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Most of my service was excellent. I asked for a late check out which they granted. However, staff kept knocking on the door to service the room before my late check out was over, a little irritating. The breakfast was fair, the orange juice I had to throw out, it was brown (yuck)!"

"We have stayed here before and like the convenient location. Very clean, lovely staff, good breakfast and well equipped gym. Large, comfortable room and good mattresses/pillows. Will def stay again :)"
