The rooms are modern, spacious and well equipped, with everything you would expect for a comfortable stay. We were also fortunate to have a large balcony with a lovely view across Hue, which was a really nice feature and one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is also convenient, being only a five-minute drive or around a 20-minute walk from many of the city’s main attractions. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by several issues. The biggest problem was the noise. There is a bar directly beneath the rooms with speakers positioned on the pavement, and loud music plays every evening until around 11pm. The sound carries straight into the rooms, making it very difficult to relax or get an early night’s sleep. If you’re a light sleeper or hoping for a peaceful stay, this is something to be aware of. We also found the listing photos to be quite misleading. They appear to show a completed hotel complex, but in reality the accommodation is spread across separate residential-style apartment blocks. Much of the surrounding development is still unfinished, with many of the units empty, giving the area a very different feel from what is advertised. The images look more like architectural mock-ups or promotional renders of what the development may eventually become rather than an accurate representation of its current state. Communication with reception was also disappointing. Requests did not seem to be followed up, and despite asking for an iron and ironing

This can't be called a 4‑star hotel, it barely deserves 3. The rooms need maintenance and a general upgrade, plus a deep clean. The bathtub was extremely slippery; it looks like there used to be some antislip texture on the bottom, but nothing remains, quite dangerous in my opinion. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but they start closing and stop restocking 30 minutes before the end, so you need to get there early. The staff weren't the friendliest either. The pool is about 2 meters deep throughout, so there's no area for kids or non‑swimmers. There's only one elevator, it's small and slow. We also found a few small stains on the blankets (nothing major) and a line of ants roaming around. On the positive side, the AC worked really well, and the location is great, right next to the river, so you can enjoy a nice walk.

Wow. Hard to describe without seeing it for yourself. Not like anything I’ve ever experienced before. Everyone is so legit friendly, made some friends for life with several of the staff. Very chill vibe, beach and rooms are incredible, property is beautiful, zero concerns, and zero cons to report. Our kids are older (AKA, we didn’t bring them on this trip, Lol), but very family friendly, and would have no safety concerns with younger children nor teens, nor would I worry about them getting bored.

Very dated hotel. The door handle fell off and needed to be repaired. The pool was full of locals each afternoon participating in swimming lessons which took up most of the space in the pool and was very busy and chaotic.
