A Restful Studio Near a Creek and Forest - Pets
Please read below for details about the occupancy. We are nestled in the country between Roseburg and Glide. This updated studio is clean, restored, and sits atop a 50's cabin. Beginning in May, a quiet tenant (my mom) will be living in the cabin. The parking and entrances to each parts of the home are completely separate. You can open the window and listen to the creek, or sit on the porch and look at the forest and animals who come through. We are on the way to the North Umpqua river, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and Crater Lake. We would be happy to have you! We love traveling with our kids! This space is small, but we purchased a fold out queen couch. We can provide extra bedding if you have kiddos with you. We listed this as four person occupancy to try and accommodate a couple with one or two small children and/or infants. We don't have anything to safely accommodate an infant, but you are welcome to bring your own. There is a nice area in front of the property to sit and enjoy the trees. You can go in the backyard, but the creek isn't accessible just yet. There is much to be done back there! We are across the meadow and can help with anything you need. We are quick to respond, so just shoot us a text! Any input you have is much appreciated as we will always want to improve our guests' stay! Drive safely! There are so many different types of wildlife on this road--especially deer. Enjoy the slow country drive, turn into the driveway and cross a bridge into nature! You are out in the country, but if you drive approximately 20 miles West, you will be right in the middle of Roseburg Wine Country. If you drive about 15 miles East, you are at the gateway to the North Umpqua river, fishing, endless hikes to waterfalls and Crater Lake National Park!

Great large studio outside Roseburg. Well appointed, peaceful with wildlife outside the door and an amazing deck. We had a lovely long weekend and recommend the listing to anyone.
Search a beautiful, quiet and serene place to stay. We were so mesmerized by the view that we didn't even turn on the TV Such a sweet escape, even just for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Such an amazing property and the house is absolutely perfect! The attention to detail is on point. If I could live here, I would. A perfect quiet retreat just miutes from Roseburg. Will definitely book again!
Very comfortable and clean place to stay not far from Roseburg. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing country setting. The bed was comfortable and I slept better than I do at home! Hosts are great too. Definitely recommend!

We couldn't say more than you will love this place. Everything you could ask for in a getaway location. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one.
Perfect! We needed a place to stay on our way up to Washington. We have a dog over 100 lbs and it’s very hard to find a hotel that will take him. This place was very clean, beautiful renovations and very dog friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely stay again!
We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was so clean, open and inviting!Fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. They even left us some oatmeal, coffee and protein bars!Ashley was so sweet! She always responded to me within 5 minutes if I had any questions or needed anything! We had the best time!It is so beautiful there and the bed was so comfy. The walk in shower was the best!I wish I could give a 10 star review!

had an enjoyable stay, studio was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Loved the wildlife that strolled by and turkey alarms in the morning. Internet connectivity was very good.
From the detailed emails guiding us to the place and how to enter to the great look from the outside as we pulled in. Amenities were endless and through the entire stay there was great communication with the owner. Clean, cute and comfortable we hope to stay again!!!
Our stay here was nothing short of perfect. It was so cozy, so peaceful. An incredibly beautiful property that feels secluded but is very accessible to everything. The fruit snacks and air bed were a huge hit with our four year old! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
This was the perfect stay for me. Beautiful property, clean lovely studio close to all the activities I was interested in, and in such a gorgeous part of Oregon. I was traveling solo and felt very safe here. I would absolutely book here again. Thanks Ashley for curating such a nice space!
Very quiet and beautiful spot away from town. Everything was so clean and just perfect! The shower was amazing! I want that at my house. Very cozy and comfortable. We loved it!

This place was amazing!! The cottage was clean and bright. Lots of windows to let in natural light. Lots of amenities including morning coffee and snacks. The patio space was great too. The location was just so peaceful and quiet. We sat out on the porch for hours enjoying the crickets and the other wildlife. The hosts were very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be staying here again.
The sound of the creek was exactly what I was looking for and it was the perfect backdrop to our relaxing week with friends. Ashley was very responsive from the first message before booking to the end of our stay. We loved the studio layout and deck. An amazing property, especially if you’re bringing pets. Plenty to do or explore in the area but also great for the “staycation” feel. We had rain and sun and enjoyed it all. We weren’t ready to leave even after 5 nights!
Off the beaten path...but was comfortable and cozy. We left the windows open and went to sleep with the noise of the creek! Comfy bed and bedding. Cute kitchenette and bathroom. Lots of windows for a great view! Very responsive property manager.
We stayed at Deer Creek Retreat on our way from the Bay Area to Portland. It is a stunning location with a huge field populated by deer and turkeys. Far enough from I-5 that it’s not too noisy, but close enough that it’s convenient. Ashley was amazingly helpful and responsive to all of our questions. And the unit is beautifully fitted out – clean, comfortable, and charming with a lot of character and a great porch!
We definitely would stay here again!

If I could give this property and the owners 10
stars I would! I have stayed at countless short term rental properties and this is my absolute favorite! From the serene setting surrounded by the beautiful forest right next to Deer Creek to the cozy feeling of home when you enter this lift style retreat, every detail has been well thought out. The property owner was so warm and welcoming with incredibly fast response times. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
A small, all-contained unit. It is modern, clean, and quiet. Easy checkin and checkout process. Pleasant, responsive host. It's a beautiful property. A little out of the way but not too far of a drive to town. They don't mind pups and actually make the pups comfortable as well. We'll be back.
Wow, this was one of our most favorite stays anywhere! The studio was beautiful, so clean and lovely with everything we needed. Our dog was quite happy too! We really enjoyed the view from the deck of the meadow and tree covered hillside, plus the sound of the creek and of birds chirping. Great location-very convenient to Roseberg and hiking trails nearby. We most definitely will return! Although we never met in person, Ashley was awesome - very responsive, welcoming and accommodating!
This adorable, perfectly outfitted, studio is simply perfection! All you need in a cozy yet spacious feeling loft set in the beautiful rolling hills - a little slice of heaven. They thought of everything from dishwasher to lanterns, dog bed, dog wipe towel by the door, Keurig, dishwasher, etc. and it is beautifully designed and perfectly decorated and that is just the inside. The pastures full of wild turkeys and deers when we woke with rolling fog and a beautiful sunrise over the hill. My dog and I romped around the pasture with the creek babbling in the background. The sheep and cow farms were beautiful to see on the way too. Loved our stay!
Not only was this place everything that they described you could tell that they put a lot of time energy and love into building this lovely bungalow on their property. We checked in and checked out with no issues we found the place swiftly with no problems.
The hosts were more than gracious, and gave us great directions, and the place was everything you could possibly need. Very fresh open aired natural environment.
Safe clean and inviting .
We plan on coming through Roseburg again and staying several days next time.
A true gem of a find.
